We would like to warn you of an ongoing phishing scam revolving around fake websites and social media links being set up under the name of well-known restaurants in UAE and offering discounts.
Kindly be wary of anything that seems too good to be true. Scammers are using a compromised payment gateway to obtain user bank details and use this information to withdraw funds from bank accounts.
Before entering your NBF debit card or credit card details, check the website name and make sure that you are on the original site of the restaurant before making a purchase. As always, the best and most secure way to order anything is going to the restaurant’s official website or apps.
